At Dramatic Change we recognise that sustained behavioural change requires a commitment from both the salesperson or MSL and team leadership.  Whilst our high-impact training programmes deliver new ideas into the sales team, one-to-one coaching creates the 'new normal'.

The Coaching with Presence programme is based on two simple tenets:

  • Coaching is a conversation
    between equals

  • Coaching is a physical act

Using a range of stimuli including purpose-written case studies and actor-assisted role-plays, this programme is an important addition to our sales training offerings.  The programme has been received enthusiastically by first-line managers and sales coaches of all levels of experience.

Coaching with Presence is being used by both Commercial and Medical teams across the globe.
